KK55 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• Updating your details: If any of your registered information changes, you are responsible for updating it promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on KK55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit/credit cards. Support for mobile wallets may be updated over time and the current list of available methods will always be shown on the deposit and withdrawal pages.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your KK55 wallet are available for gaming activity immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary by method but JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. KK55 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time provided your account has sufficient available balance. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID. 4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

KK55 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds typically cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the platform may contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, fish games and bingo may have different contribution rates. This will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account. Any winnings generated from expired bonus funds may also be forfeited.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the KK55 platform, covering sports betting, fish games, bingo and any other game modes available:

Bets are final: Once a bet has been confirmed on the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming. KK55 will not reverse a confirmed bet simply because the player changed their mind after placement.

Void bets: KK55 reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• An obvious pricing or system error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• The event was cancelled, abandoned or postponed before the settlement criteria were satisfied.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already closed, due to a system fault.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption or other integrity concerns related to the event.

Where a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to your KK55 wallet. Winnings associated with a voided bet will not be paid. KK55's decision on bet settlement is final.

Cricket and PSL betting: KK55 offers comprehensive coverage of Pakistan Super League matches, bilateral series involving Pakistan, T20 internationals and major ICC tournaments. In-play betting is available for selected matches. Live odds are updated in real time and it is the player's responsibility to ensure their bet is placed at the intended odds before confirming. In-play bets placed during a recognised delay in the live data feed may be voided at our discretion.

Prohibited conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering or using KK55 for purposes other than personal entertainment.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

KK55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at our discretion, in the following situations:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, collusion or multi-accounting.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stated timeframe.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harassing towards KK55 staff or other players.
• Request from the account holder themselves — voluntary account closure is always available.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any funds held in the wallet may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no outstanding Terms issues, available balances will be returned to the verified payment method after standard processing checks are completed.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, please contact the KK55 support team. We will review the situation and respond within a reasonable timeframe. During any ongoing investigation, the account will remain suspended and no transactions will be processed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the KK55 platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content and software — is the property of KK55 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the KK55 platform or its content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of KK55 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

KK55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network issues or events beyond our control may occasionally cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KK55 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
